Blending Oils

Hydraulic oils are blended in our plant using new ingredients to produce new oil. Blending oils are produced to specification.
Using a virgin base oil and additives these are blended in a blending tank to a recipe, producing the oils required for specific purposes.

Once blended they are tested with a viscosity gauge and tanked or drummed ready for delivery. Each batch of 1000 litres has its own unique batch number which enables us to trace the test results of a particular batch.

All ingredients are sourced from reputable ISO companies and each ingredient has an analysis report ensuring that only the correct ingredients of the right quality are used in our blended oils.
